Guest guest
Hi ,  Your case sounds similar to mine in that I have fatigue that almost paralyzes me from doing anything a lot of the time. I was diagnosed with MS five years ago and had four lesions on my brain MRI. Spinal tap came back a month later and there were no proteins indicative of " MS " so the nuero said-- not sure-- probable MS. I had a repeat brain MRI done in Dec of 2008 and the lesions were the same-- they had not become worse but I was worse with debilitating fatigue and all kinds of symptoms flairs--- heart tachycardia's and arrhythmia's (sp) and thyroid problems, stiffness feeling very arthritic all over.  You need to be tested by a reputable lab for the Lyme organism and co-infections it can cause. Normal labs come back with negatives----- labs like Quest. I had an Igenex test done in 2007 and it came back with a lot of indeterminates which were suspicious so approx 8 months ago I went to an LLMD-- Dr and he agreed that my case is indicative of Lyme disease. Doctors that special in Lyme and chronic " mysterious " illnesses are better at diagnosing illnesses that other doctors dismiss as " MS " of " Chronic Fatigue Syndrome " or " it's all in you head " or " your just depressed. "  They will know specific antibiotics to treat you and they know which testing to order.  If you ha vent done so already I would have appropriate testing done-- at least a test like the Igenex one done. It costs $200 dollars but it is worth it because Lyme can be treated and you can become better.  Best,  Subject: Lymes Disease To: mscured Date: Friday, June 10, 2011, 8:55 AM  Hello. Usually I just read posts and occasionally comment. I'm curious if I've been as thorough as possible in testing for Lymes. I don't recall what testing I had done. In any case i can find out. I was dx'd with RRMS 4 1/2 years ago. For the past 2 1/2 years I haven't had a remission and am getting a lot worse. I'm in the process of getting a scooter. Anyhow, I've been tested for Lymes and had it come back negative each time. What gets me is that I have been organic BBD for almost 8 mths, LDN for 1 yr, I'm getting Calcium EAP IV's for 2 years, I'm gluten, dairy and sugar-free for over 6 months, I was Liberated in Dec and am doing Homeopthic clensing for my liver, kidneys and Lymph. My fatigue has almost put me in a paralyitic state. None of these therepies has made any noteable improvement. I'm also doing a homeopathic spray for EBV for about 2 months now which has also been recently tested and came back severely active. So my question in short of retesting the EBV since starting the sprays and given all my recent MRI showing no new or active lesions " what the heck is the problem? " . Can anyone out there who has had or knows the most conclusive testing for Lymes? Its just that I read so much about people being misdiagnosed with MS and false negatives on Lymes. I don't know what to trust other than my gut which has told me from the start that something other than MS is responsible. Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Hi , Your situation is exactly why I recommend that EVERYONE diagnosed with MS undertake a two week trial run of colloidal silver, a natural antimicrobial. All too often, a person's MS has been triggered by an infective agent, and/or the person has been misdiagnosed and is really suffering from Lyme disease or some other systemic infection. Guest guest
I also beleive that there is something in me causing the MS symptoms and that MS is not a decease. Try reading http://www.drheise.com/ResourcePDFs/Neurodegeneration.pdf Collidial Silver is supposed to seek out and destroy invaders?? -Tim > > Hello. Guest guest
Zoe, Yes on all counts. Was tested for heavy metals twice. 1st time I showed severely elevated Gadolinium and Lead. The gad was from contrast die and I got rid of it with Modified Citrus Pectin powder that I drank twice a day for over 6 months. Lead was from bullet frags and adressed it same way. I don't have amalgrams, however my most recent metals test showed that while the gad and lead where at low levels I had elevated Mercury that wasn't elevated on previous test. I beleieve it came from eating excessive shellfish. So I'm doing the MCP powder again to get it out. I've had a recent for the 2nd time and came up with a severe allergy to the sugar group and a moderate allergy to the cow dairy group to which I've been completely avoiding both since april. I haven't had a glass of cows milk in over three years. The bulk of the cow dairy came from eating cheese and things like butter and creme. So you can see why I'm so confused and frustrated. I've also had my thyroid checked twice and had an Iron panel for hemochromotosis and was normal for both. I will be as thorough for the Lyme testing and try dudley's suggestion after the tests whether they show Lyme or not. My naturopath said I was loaded with parasites but I cant address them till I've clensed my liver, kidneys, and lymph. Needless to say since following his instruction I've never been more weak and fatigued. Maybe it's die off. Who knows?? -M
Guest guest
KC, I've been seeing a physician who practices Complimentary medicine. He monitors my EAP IV therepy as well as my overall medical choices. I also began seeing a naturopath that has been consulting with him. On the surface It'd seem as though I had my bases covered but in reality I'm doing worse now then ever before. Lymes is the only thing I can say hasn't been tested to death. I plan on discussing it with both of them. Thx. -M
