All my sinus problems disappeared when I stopped dairy totally.

It's dry were I am and I have the same issues with arm control. I get headaches

when the wind blows (which happens here a lot) or it rains. It's definitely

sinus related in my case.

The fingers aren't so much the source of the problem - my arms are the ones

spasming and juddering most of the time. I've been able to write a lot more

legibly since the procedure but it is a slow process....but is a lot better as I

can actually guide the pen in a much more 'normal' manner.

The whole humidity thing is also a huge factor and stops me from typing, writing

and using my hands with accuracy - exercises aren't a combattant against the

UK's ever-present humidity I'm afraid!

It's cool - I carry on regardless as I'm too stubborn to give in! lol

Well once I've passed this stupid and pointless 'Life in the UK' test and am

granted some rights as a human being and can get benefits here in the UK, I will

be finally giving it a go. lol

As we're all aware, it's an ETTO thing and might or might not help me in exactly

the same ways as it has for others so we shall see. I'm looking forward to

finding out what it'll do for me.

Until then, I'll just keep on pedalling and waking up all my muscles by

exercising as I have been since my procedure!

Hope everyoene's having a good day (bank holiday or not depending on location)

and are all doing well.
