Yep, you're right KC - the newsletter's interesting for some of us which was

posted by Tom, but then some of us already receive it so it's a bit of an

overkill - but Naturalnews sometimes has articles which relate to 'MS' and which

can help direct our thoughts towards some new ways of thinking and some new

ideas to look into. :) It'd probably be better if we only posted specific

articles which might impact on our health and 'MS'-specific dietary programs

instead of whole newsletters. I don't know, just an idea. :)

I get Natural News regularly, too. I've learned a LOT and had my eyes

opened quite a bit.

But, I usually don't send through the whole newsletter like that. When

anyone forwards an entire newsletter I usually send the post back and ask

that they post just the article they are referring to be posted. This time

I slipped up.. I was busy and distracted and trying to catch up from being

offline for a week, and I missed it.
