well done poppy, myths and protocool about MUST take ldn at night, everyone is

different and whats suits one doesnt suit another, your body can answer best

time of dose, me after 8 months of night dose and not sleeping and feeling so

tired all day, i take 3mg as i wake

Hi ,  I DID have sleep disturbance.  However, I now take my LDN in the AM

and sleep much better

than before.  Good luck.
