Boy does this one hit home! I'm not particularly afraid of the mortality

issue, but I do worry about what will happen to my two grand babies if

something were to happen to me. I didn't learn until just recently that my

husband has no claim to the children in my absence... when I took custody of

the children, I took sole custody, not joint. Not a real smart thing. The

thought of these children returning to my daughter is a nightmare and a

half!! God I wish I'd understood this sooner, I would have had a lawyer draw

something up to better protect these children !
