Guest guest
Hi becky, how did you manage to get off the xanax? In desperate times where I am in need of sleep, I have taken these, just a half of a small dose and it was still hard. Thanks, Jackie Sent from my iPad On 25/feb/2012, at 15:57, Becky worth wrote: > this drug almost took my life, i have often wanted to write about it b ut i never have.. so good to see this websit i am sober and clean and survived. Guest guest
Is there a safer alternative to Xanax. It's very hard to walk if I don't take it. I suffer from stiffness in my knees. I am also very tense and afraid of everything( panic disorder) and xanax seems to calm me down. thanks, Pamela Castro Carcelen ________________________________ To: " mscured " <mscured > Sent: Sunday, February 26, 2012 3:44 AM Subject: Re: Xanax  Hi becky, how did you manage to get off the xanax? Guest guest
Valerian Root can help you wean from this; do not use any stimulants like coffee..use chocolate; Valerian with a Calcium tab pm.; I would use an otc sleep aid like Sominex or Nytol to wean from the pre. pills; just my 2c > > yes agree but got to do something, seeing ms nurse on tuesday > best/peter > > > ________________________________ > From: Janet Orchard janetorchard@... > To: mscured mscured > Sent: Saturday, 25 February 2012, 15:21 > Subject: RE: Xanax > > > Â > > Isn't that what killed Whitney Houston? Guest guest
I would say use your judgement about xanax. it is a safe drug that a billion people use everyday. as long as you don't abuse them. it's like any thing if you abuse them. xanax has a short life in your body. its gone in about 8 hours or so, while drugs like klonipin or valium stay in your body longer. try it , if it helps you, use it. I use klonipin for my leg spasms at night. I have tried just about everything in the last 23 years for my ms symptoms, and you gotta do what you have to do. everyone is different. xanax is usually prescibed for anxiety or anxiety attacks or nerves. i am not a doctor, just giving you my opinion. keith

Guest guest
Sorry, but I very much disagree. Nobody's body NEEDS Xanax. There is *always* a natural option to healing. It may not be obvious and it may not be easy, but it's there. Yvette On Mon, Feb 27, 2012 at 7:12 PM, Diane Pansino wrote: > ** > > > AMEN!!!Everything in moderation!
