Guest guest
Hi ,  how do you make kefir? I am on the BB Diet and can't have any dairy or soy. I drink almond milk. I use dairy free prebiotics such as powerdophilus and right now I am using an american health acidophilus with bifidus that seems to be doing its job. Elaine recommended FOS, a prebiotic. Yakon root is another prebiotic. > > > > > > > > Hi, I also take probiotics or acidophilus but those are hard find one that really works. Guest guest
I use raw goat milk and kefir grains left out for a day or two to ferment. You can use coconut milk as a substitute. There are also water kefir grains that make a fermented, carbonated type drink. I've been making fermented food since my raw food days. Enzymes are the answer to solving many health issues. > > Hi , >  > how do you make kefir? I am on the BB Diet and can't have any dairy or soy.
