6/11/2011 Urination Frequency improved

6/12/2011 No new improvements. Urination still stabilized. Still constipated.

6/14/2011 No new improvements. Urination still stabilized. Still constipated

but restarted PowerPoop pills (x4)

6/14/2011 No new improvements. Urination still stabilized.

6/15/2011 No new improvements. PowerPoop pills have helped.

6/16/2011 No new improvements

6/17/2011 No new improvements

6/18/2011 Increased 8-hr dosage to 3ml

6/19/2011 extreme fatigue and no new improvements

6/20/2011 stopped 3ml Prokarin at 4pm after swollen ankles, headache and extreme

fatigue

6/21/2011 no Prokarin today, Spoke to Elaine on the phone and she suggested I

restart at a lower dosage

6/22/2011 restarted Prokarin at .05ml at 4pm

6/23/2011 less fatigue but no improvements

6/24/2011 No new improvements

6/25/2011 No new improvements

6/26/2011 No new improvements

6/27/2011 moved up to 1ml per 8-hr application as directed(8a-4p, 4p-12midnight)

6/28/2011 No new improvements, fatigue is back

6/29/2011 No new improvements, fatigue terrible

6/30/2011 No new improvements, fatigue terrible

7/1/2011 Still feeling total exhaustion so I gave up the am application and now

doing 1ml on a single patch 3-11pm (so I can exercise in the morning)

7/2/2011 applied 1ml patch 3-11pm, no improvement, fatigue is terrible

7/3/2011 No patch today so I could function with friends visiting

7/4/2011 applied 1ml patch 3-11pm, no improvement, fatigue is terrible

7/5/2011 applied 1ml patch 3-11pm, no improvement, fatigue is terrible

7/6/2011 did not apply Prokarin today and do not plan to restart
