Guest guest
Valery, The neurologist said that there was a great deal of damage / lesions on his brain and spinal cord, so he did not want to go with any of the " CRABS. " He said, " He's too far along for that. " (We have a friend and a cousin on Avonex so we asked.) As far as Gilenya being a " first line " drug, I wasn't aware of that although I understand it is relatively new, and like Tysabri, supposedly works better if you've not been on any of the CRABS previously. But like I already said, we are pretty new to this and I am still absorbing and educating myself (and the husband). It can be overwhelming. We did get a second opinion on the MRI and that neurologist confirmed that it was consistent with the MS diagnosis. Thank you. Ann > > > > > > Has anyone tried Gilenya yet?
