Guest guest
Hi , The oatmeal is okay if it is not instant. Your lunch sounds okay as well. The problem sounds like you are eating too late in the evening and your medications are not covering it. It is also a long time between lunch and supper, so a small snack of possibly a piece of cheese or peanut butter with one slice of low carb bread should carry you. The fiber and protein will make it stretch till supper. Then eat a little less at supper and more protein and fiber such as a salad to help stretch it if you are still hungry. A good person to help you with your meds would be your pharmacist if you have a good one. They can tell you when and how long your meds will last, so you can plan your meals and meds better. Good luck! ruth
Guest guest
Yeah, Ruth, think we're going to try and see if maybe I can try and eat supper by round 5 PM. That way I will be able to burn off calories before I get home. Cause when I get home all I want to do is to check email and then crash. re sugars Hi , The oatmeal is okay if it is not instant.
