Kim,

I lost 25 pounds on it back in 1998. I kept off most of it UNTIL ---

you guessed it --- the ATD's. I have gained back 5 to 8 pounds.

It just won't budge much these days. I ate low carbs 2 years before

being diagnosed or even having symptoms of Graves. It was

a cinch to lose just as they described --- 25 pounds in 3 months.

NOw, I spent 2 weeks on the induction phase all to lose just

3 pounds and gain it back as I sloooowly added carbs.

Ugh.
