I called the pharmacy and they gave me a replacement batch since mine was hot.

I had decreased results with the hot batch.

Subject: Prokarin and supplements

We just received our first batch of Prokarin from Canada here in France.

Unfortunately it's been sitting in the back of a DHL van for four days in

temperatures over 30 degree so I hope the bubble wrap packaging has worked. I

wonder what are the chances of it being corrupted in some way if it overheats?

Anyway my question to those using it and trying to stick to BBD is how are

people dealing with the red meat and butter recommendations!?

Also regarding other supplements I note that Vitamin D is to be cut out. Is that

entirely? At present my wife takes the AM and PM pills supplied by the

Essential Health Clinic / Glasgow health Solutions which contain not only

Calcium and Magnesium (the only recommended supplements) but also a variety of

vitamins most notably Vitamin D.

In addition she normally takes another 400 iu of D3 daily as well as Curcumin,

Gingko Biloba and Reishi. Should these be avoided initially?

Lastly I didn't see anything on the paperwork recommending a starting dose. I

have read that people are only using a 1/4 at the beginning. Is this the norm?

Any help advice gratefully received.

Thanks a lot

Copy, paste it and put it in your browser. I checked it and it works.
