Guest guest
My husband was first diagnosed with hypothyroidism and the doctor put him on synthroid. I strongly feel that we should try alternative methods, but my husband is often too impatient to wait for results by alternative treatments. I understand that he wanted to feel good quickly, of course... A short time after he was diagnosed, I started to feel dizzy, fell down frequently, lost almost all my energy, my hair fell out and I started to gain weight. The doctor wanted to put me on synthroid right away and told me the impossibility of alternative treatments, because I was " too far gone " . At first I found thytrophin (thryoid without the hormones, by Standard Process) and food grade iodine, which I took faithfully and I started to feel better, but when someone told me about Maca, I looked on the " Whole World Botanicals " website: www.WholeWorldBotanicals.com and read about organic " Royal Maca " . I called their number; 1 888 757 6026 and talked to Dr. Viana Muller. Now I have been taking organic Maca for over three months, about 2 tblsp. per day... I take it in small doses throughout the day. They have capsules too and this may be more convenient for some people. I do have to add, though, that I have also been doing Dr. 's colon cleanse and her kidney cleanse for about two months now and this probably helped also the way I feel now: As I wrote in my other short message, I feel stronger, have very much energy, lost about 15 pounds and got my hair back.. To compare myself now with my husband or my brother, both of them on hormones, I definitely feel better than they do and I was in much worse condition (not only because of my thyroid) An alternative doctor told me some time ago that after two years of taking hormones, the thyroid stops producing its own. I hope that you call Dr. Viana Muller and ask her what she thinks. She is very, very nice. I do hope that you'll be as successful as I am. Since synthroid and getting my thyroid back to normal, I have been off all of the anti-depressants. I think my depression was caused by my thyroid. Guest guest
no i dont take any .I do all natural ,herbal rememdies and supplements. even before surgery i did this.I think i healed faster myself.Dr kolb bless her heart.I told her i will not take antibiotics and no yeast stuff.(again i educated myself on natural antibiotics.)She said ok. That women is great!! So caring and loving and really listens. again i cant tell you how great her staff is.They make you feel like family. In jan it will be 2 yrs since surgery. you know i just thought about this but since my surgery i saw my doctor once after surgery so it has been almost 2 years since ive seen a doctor . wow! even my girls i havent taken to the doctor.I see no need if there not sick and im not . But we do have a great alternative doctor.I remember the first time i went to her i said i want no medication what can i do natural. I told her what i was giving the girls and myself.(which was garden of life products)All she said was keep doing what your doing.I wanted to run some test and she said you know i feel you dont need this and i agree why put myself thru more stress and then my mind will race . She even said keep thinking positive thoughts like i have been and telling myself im healed and whole she said she has seen more people heal faster by just how they think and tell themselves how they feel. So ever day i focus on the positive and thank God for healing me and keeping my kids from any harm. again i dont speak about or say i have chemical sensitivies. I say i choose not to be around chemical.I notice i started saying i had chemical sensitivies and wow had brain fog again. So i dont say i have a disease or dont say that food will affect me. Its taken me a year to get here.so i hope i dont frustrate anybody.Again im not trying to make anybody feel bad just say what has worked for me. even when im alittle tired.I tell my body to line up with the word of God>God said im healed so i believe im healed.I tell myself everyday i have lots of energy, love to exercise, love to clean,im happy,my kids are happy healed what ever i deal with.It sometime takes alittle time but with me speaking to my body then my body and mind follow. Joyce meyer said sometimes it can take 3 months to happen but everyday speak it no matter how you feel. You can even tell you body not to eat so much settle down body i dont desire to eat so much ,body you dont desire sugar or junk .It works i know ive been doing it and again ive lost 35pds . I just want to let you all know there is hope even when it doesnt seem like there is light at the end of that tunnel. Just have faith.I feel God has showed me so much. But just having faith believe the right doctor will come into your life, believe the right people will come in my life made a big different to. I prayed God would open doors for me .all things are possible no matter where you are . Trust yourself if something doesnt feel right go with your gut and i ask God is this the right thing for me. One thing im really excited about im going to teach 7 weeks of wellness and how to raise healthy kids .jordan rubin.Yeah!!! THis has been my passion. Im not letting anything hold me back. God bless you all sending love and hugs michele > > > > > > Hi Lea, > > > My body didn't like the armour thyroid either, I also thought it > > had a funky smell. Guest guest
, MACA is a testosterone increaser. Maca is most useful as an extract; a company that makes/imports a very good one is in BC. I tried to grow some but I got my (irradiated?) seeds through US mail and none sprouted out of 100 seeds Duncan > > Does anyone here know about the herb maca root?
