Guest guest
My husband takes this for fibromyalgia and find it helps. Hasn't completely alleviated symptoms but certainly makes a huge difference. Eimear

I was wondering if anybody else had any luck with it? Also how much should I take to relieve the stiffness and spasticity?
Guest guest
I've been using mag malate and I think it does help my juddering but also had a huge amount of success with mag chelate too....am thinkin of going back to it. *shrugs*get on Facebook and get to MS Friends - they all generally have great herbal and supplement ideas :)Don't forget, stiffness can come from taking too big a dose of LDN if you're on it, or too high a dose of vit D3 can cause stiffness too - just thoughts. Guest guest
I've been taking it for a while and it helps a little. Your body will tell you how much you need. If you have too much you get diarrhea so cut back.Janet To: mscured From: kckathie@...
