Sitting on the UNAIDS position it is easy to write these words.

The ground realities are quite different than that you see sitting there. We are

not advocating for " Anguta Chaps " like the one you have understood from our

email.

We say, that the minimum qualification be 12th with vast experience and

understands GIPA. Because that is what we have experienced from the registered

members in our organisation. We just don't create files sitting in the AC office

like some of the other organisations do. We talk on the ground realities and I

am sure you will also appreciate it.

Please refrain from using unfriendly words. You are a respected individual

sitting on an important seat so please maintain your own dignity.
