Guest guest Posted September 1, 2008 Report Share Posted September 1, 2008 HIV Fellowship Programme: Clinical & Leadership Training Nov. 2008 – Nov. 2009 Announcing a one-year HIV clinical and leadership training Programme jointly run by the Government of Tamil Nadu, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Government Hospital of Thoracic Medicine, and the International Training and Education Center on HIV (I-TECH). Programme is conducted at GHTM, one of India ’s largest HIV care centers and national HIV training centers. The Fellowship has the following components: · Daily hands-on clinical training and experiential learning · Daily didactic and case-based sessions · Mentoring by local and international experts · Management and leadership skills development · Clinical or community health project opportunities Seeking 18 exceptional candidates from across India to be selected through a competitive process. Government and private candidates can apply. Monthly remuneration of 18,000 Rupees for private candidates. Tamilnadu Government candidates to receive salary from sponsoring institution, as per rules. Eligibility: · Completion of MBBS recognized by MCI, India .
