Anyone have any idea what this word might be. It sounds like bice (long eye). Thanks. Bev >> Just a stab in the dark here, but do you suppose he's saying DENIES instead of bice? Also, wouldn't it be sulfa not sulfur? Hope this helps a little. Jan " Typing is my life " (said sarcastically) Remember... WSTPMTR (which means, whoever signs the paycheck makes the rules). I will relisten. I thought the same thing regarding sulfa/sulfer and went back and relistened and he is definitely saying sulfur. I guess he could just be allergic to iodine, etc. I will mark it anyway. Thanks. Bev

Guest guest
Jan, I believe the past tense of coapt is coapted, just as the past tense of orient is oriented rather than orientated. Anyone?? Thanks. Bev >> It would be coaptated (no hyphen). In Tessier's Surgical word book, it lists coapt, and coaptation, so coaptated would be the past tense of coapt... .it means joined or fit together.
