Urgent Vacancies of HIV Experienced Professionals in Mumbai

A large organization receiving international funding, is looking out for

candidates with PhD or Masters in Social Sciences with minimum 4 to 10 years HIV

related experience, for its all India 5 year HIV Counseling Project at Mumbai. 

The organization offers the indicated consolidated salary and there is no

provision for accommodation.

Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (Monthly Salary Rs.50,000)

 

Job Responsibilities

-Developing plans and tools for Monitoring and Evaluation;

-Ensuring achievement of project objectives;

-Conducting concurrent evaluation and taking appropriate corrective steps;

-Building capacity of recipient agencies in the area of M and E

Regional Capacity Building Officer (Monthly Salary Rs.25,000)

Regional Capacity Building Assistant (Monthly Salary Rs.18,000)

 

Job Responsibilities

-Managing, monitoring and achieving its HIV training programs;

-Designing and developing training curriculum;

-Compiling training related data and MIS;

-Developing Resource materials;

-Engaging in Research related to capacity building.

 

Research Officer (Monthly Salary Rs.20,000)

Candidates should have a Masters in Social Sciences with at least 3 years of

experience in quantitative and qualitative Research and data analysis,

preferably in the area of HIV.  Proficiency in written and spoken English is a

must.

 

Secretarial & Administrative Assistant (Monthly Salary Rs.15,000)

Administrative staff- 3 posts (Monthly Salary Rs.8,000)

 

Minimum criteria essential

-Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi;

-Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet);

-Skills and experience in Administration and Office support.
