An interm report was released at the 37th Annual Meeting of the Society of

Interventional Radiologiy. The subject was a CCSVI Clinical Trial involving 213

individuals in Albany NY which found 95% of MS patients had venous obstructions.

One comment made by Dr. Ferral,. an Interventional Radiologist:. " ... for

people with MS who experience debilitating symptoms, minimally invasive

interventional radiology treatments (CCSVI) can be an effective, palliative

treatment that also may improve their quality of life, " .
