Tom's letter was an Internet story but there was an Independent Payment Advisory

Board of 15 beaurocrats that was slipped into section 3403 of the bill and those

people will determine what kind of treatment would be the most cost effective

based on a person's age. This information can be verified.

My worry is seeing the experience of my husband from a socialist/communist

country. If it isn't cost-effective, it won't happen. I'm not sure government

accountants can make the best health care decisions.
