A flowering Tibetan shrub that tricks cells into thinking they are starving

could become a weapon against multiple sclerosis and even old age.

I've been taking hydrangea extract from Herb Pharm for awhile now. Don't know

how much active ingredient is in there, or how it compares to the product

mentioned, but I take it.

It's hard to say, because I take so many other supplements. But at least I

don't think it's hurting me. I'm doing well on my supplement regimen, so I keep

taking them, even though I don't know which ones are doing the trick.
