Guest guest
I've been taking hydrangea extract from Herb Pharm for awhile now. Don't know how much active ingredient is in there, or how it compares to the product mentioned, but I take it. Guest guest
It's hard to say, because I take so many other supplements. But at least I don't think it's hurting me. I'm doing well on my supplement regimen, so I keep taking them, even though I don't know which ones are doing the trick.
