Guest guest Posted April 15, 2012 Report Share Posted April 15, 2012 Anyone out there have a twin with MS? My identical twin was diagnosed in '94ish, after 2 presenting episodes. She got into a study at NIH, and has been the poster child for Betaseron, with no new lesions, ever. My eye symptoms began in '91, and I was seen at NIH several times, as well as Mt Siani and others, and was never diagnosed. I noticed a drop foot and balance issues in 2010, and was finally diagnosed in October 2010 with RRMS. Just wondering if anyone else has a twin, and what it's been like. I'm in a double-blind study of DAC, with Avonex, and see no improvement, and have had at least 2 relapses in the past 2 years.
