Guest guest
It was mentioned using cornstarch as a thickener. I have wondered about that. I am not a cook, but does anyone know if arrowroot can be used anywhere to make a gravy or sauce? I am not sure its properties. Thanks to all you Betty and Benny Crockers. Guest guest
I watch Good Eats on the food netowrk a lot and Alton Brown has used Arrowroot a lot as a thickener in several asian dishes he makes, along with gumbo and the like. So, I imagine you can use it. RE: Recipe Diabetic lemon chicken and rice It was mentioned using cornstarch as a thickener. I have wondered about that.
