Guest guest
I would do the second choice. Pull the tooth. It isn't ever going to be the tooth it used to be. Save the ones that you can save. > > Soooooo, I've had issues with a back molar for a while now and knew it needed to be taken care of (and planned to shortly, I swear!). I'm now told it needs a root canal. In light of Weston A. Price and others' work on the subject, my thought is " nope, tooth is coming out " . I've already lost 3 teeth, don't want to lose another (especially since it's a back molar and I can't get a bridge since there isn't another tooth behind it. Also, implants are a no-go for me, no more metal in my mouth!). But I do have other dental problems and I'm leaning towards cutting my losses with this tooth. Have it extracted and put the money I would use for a root canal towards the other teeth that need work so hopefully I won't lose another. > > BTW, megadosing with Vit C and homeopathy have gone a long way in helping with this tooth in the meantime. I believe the nerve is still alive. Does anyone else have experience with this? I'm wondering, if the natural methods can help with healing, is it possible to get to a point where the tooth would be ok with a crown? If so, how long would I need to wait to see significant healing? > > Thanks bunches, > > Crystal >
Guest guest
The dentist Dr. Hansen can often save a tooth when others dentists say it needs a root canal because he uses lasers to clean up the root to save it. http://www.laserdentalcenters.com/ Soooooo, I've had issues with a back molar for a while now and knew it needed to be taken care of (and planned to shortly, I swear!). Guest guest
I was thinking of you when I posted this cuz I know you are very familiar with Weston A. Price and Sally Fallon. And I figured that's the way you would go too. Crystal > > I would do the second choice. Pull the tooth. It isn't ever going to be the tooth it used to be. Guest guest
That's really interesting, thank you! Even a holistic dentist is more than 2 hours away from me, doubt I could get there, let alone CA. UGH. Would be so nice if it turned out that it *was* a viable tooth that could be saved though. Guest guest
Yes, I agree with Weston Price and Sally Fallon and I have improved following their advice. I hope that you can find a holistic dentist who will clean out what is left behind when your tooth is pulled. Pour on some colloidal silver to kill any infection. It sure helped with my ongoing sinus infection. > > I was thinking of you when I posted this cuz I know you are very familiar with Weston A. Price and Sally Fallon.
