Guest guest
Hi guys, I thought I was symptom-free, but this issue has gotten huge. I am 27, living in central europe, autumn has just begun, I am middle-weight, and I get so easily overheated these days... I dont quite know how to desribe it, this inner hottness, red cheeks, and I seem to be able to do nothing about it. When I am at home, in the house which is rather cold, or in the forest around, all is ok. But when I go to the city, by public transport, or am at work with no fresh air/no oxygen, I get simply overheated no matter how lightly dressed I am. I drink a lot of pure water. It does not seem to help much. But otherwise I am hopeless. Please, any advice? I also have higher ALT in my latest blood test. and higher vit D3 than I used to. January, I had only 14, but now I have 103 nmol/l. reference is 50 to 80. Do you think I should have less. THank you so much for your replies and advice.
