Fructose Malabsorption

I talked with my doctor recently about having to urinate too frequently. I

thought it was a supplement that I was taking (TurmeroActive) so I quit taking

it and I was still urinating too much. I started the Wahls diet about the same

time and I ate lots of foods high in fructose. When I was talking to Dr.

about it the conversation turned to fructose intolerence. I looked it up and

frequent urination was the first symptom listed.

I posted an article once about fructose/glucose balance and since I cut out

sugar it's possible that I'm creating unbalance with the foods that I eat. Even

foods that I never expected to have fructose are high in fructose and low in

glucose (onions for example). Since we need nutrients from these foods, It's

necessary for me to find the right balance. I don't want to flush the vitamins

from my system! Any thoughts?
