Guest guest
Good for you!! If you're feeling feverish though your body needs rest. The treadmill will still be there when you are feeling better! I have a similar story...early last year one of my co-workers was doing WW and she wanted me and another girl to do it with her. I said "sorry can't go there again" and that was all I said. I was proud of myself at the time because I'm the type that usually just goes along with what everyone else is doing. Not so much anymore I am proud to say! I get really mad when people at work discuss food/dieting/etc. I work in food research so I guess it goes along with the territory. Some people here are always commenting on what and even how much of something people are eating. They tease me because I have peanut butter sandwiches a lot. Last Christmas my boss actually bought me a lunch ideas cookbook so in her words "I wouldn't have to have pb everyday." Guess what I had almost everyday for lunch last January and February...pb sandwiches. She wasn't gonna tell me what to have for lunch!! And it wasn't that I didn't have any other ideas for lunch....I happen to really like pb sandwiches...they are quick and easy to make and YUMMY!! Be smarter than spam.
