Guest guest
You know, I don't think I even totally caught that the first time I read through it. I would think it is. It would be around when I was super busy that my mom would find this letter! lol I REALLY need to go through and start looking at exactly what Grandma did, comparing it to other testimonies, and find my own regimen. ~ > > interesting comment on pg 8, 'I still take large amounts of vitamin E three or four times a day, because even now I can feel much improvement each time I do. The reason seems to be that the circulation is improved.' > > I wonder whether her observation about circulation was valid in light of ccsvi. > >
Guest guest
Thanks for your Grandmother's fantastic record of her methods - it was great to see someone's methods echo the dietary approaches and focus that many of us follow! I follow the BBD (Best Bet Diet) and find that it has helped in many ways. I am a firm believer in 'managing' 'MS' through my diet - it certainly shows an affect if I am forced to eat or drink an outlawed food or drink! It could be a good idea to also share your Grandmother's piece with the Yahoo MS-Diet group too (MS-Diet@...) and maybe a good idea to send it to Judy Graham at the New Pathways magazine too. Thanks again - it will be invaluable information to many and may open people's eyes to how necessary it is to change one's approach to diet, supplements and their body's true needs. Thank you Edie, I know she would be very pleased to hear that she helped you. I am definitely going to spread her experience. :-D Thanks so much for the tips. ~ > > > Thanks for your Grandmother's fantastic record of her methods - it was great to see someone's methods echo the dietary approaches and focus that many of us follow! > I follow the BBD (Best Bet Diet) and find that it has helped in many ways.
