Guest guest
I actually don't think that you are doing nothing. You made a decision to take care of yourself and that is a big step. Much harder than planning another quick fix diet, exercise plan etc. Congratulations...a great start to 2008. First off, Happy New Year Everyone!Today, I hopped on the scale for the first time since Aug/Sept when I decided to try IE. I'm up 7 lbs. Two pounds of that is the " with interest " part of weight regain that accompanies dieting. So, guess what I decided to do about it?ABSOF*CKINLUTELY NOTHING.Now I admit, my head went into " Change workouts, do this eating plan, eat more protein, no less " . Then I remembered a " Seinfeld " episode where decides to do the opposite of his instincts..of what he'd normally do and he had great success. So that's what I'm doing. All my attempts to " fix " this or that be it weight or whatever never work. So now I'm going to do nothing.
Guest guest
I admire your courage. Forget the scale. Consider every time you eat intuitively as your weight loss scale. The deeds will add up. : )
