Guest guest Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 First off, Happy New Year Everyone! Today, I hopped on the scale for the first time since Aug/Sept when I decided to try IE. I'm up 7 lbs. Two pounds of that is the " with interest " part of weight regain that accompanies dieting. So, guess what I decided to do about it? ABSOF*CKINLUTELY NOTHING. Now I admit, my head went into " Change workouts, do this eating plan, eat more protein, no less " . Then I remembered a " Seinfeld " episode where decides to do the opposite of his instincts..of what he'd normally do and he had great success. So that's what I'm doing.
