Darla posted a message yesterday re: a food manufacturer with

some items we might be interested in...

For lowcarb, dairy-free, grain-free products

Well I'm pretty impressed, ordered some Not Sugar from the ACR

line on-line Wednesday, got my order today & they were VERY

responsive...I've pasted a response I got back from Barbara

Pollack...she originally wanted to know how I heard of them, so I

told her how I heard of them & why we were interested and that

Darla would be posting their address to this list...What looks

great about the Not Sugar, is that it is a " filler " , you add your

sweetener - like stevia for a baked item & use the Not Sugar for

the bulk which is needed that you can't get from stevia. I

believe I will definitely try this on the Chocolate

Cake that everyone keeps raving about. I also forwarded this

info to Karyn Seroussi - so I'll let you know what kind of

response I get which I'm sure will be after the conference.

KUDOS to Darla on this find... :-))

<<Thanks for letting me know.

We haven't had a lot of interest so far in our ACRr line -- I'd

even been

questioning whether we should maintain it because of the added

expense. However, if this generates more interest, we'll hold

off making a

decision>>

OHHH, that is what I have been looking for! Yea! Keep me posted on this one.

Also, do you use egg replacer? is fine w/ eggs but Tony is not. I would

love to know how to make a cake w/out eggs or sugar. I have some egg replacer

but not sure how to use it. Corn woman, can you help?
