Guest guest
It seems that no matter what I do I continue to crave sugar in the evenings. Even if I eat plenty during the day and legalize or " allow " myself to have something sweet in the evening, a serving isn't enough. I feel like an alcoholic (and have even considered trying a glass of wine in the evening instead of food for my sugar hit but even if it worked that's not a healthy habit to start either). I've heard of taking a bubble bath, knitting, reading, chew gum, brush your teeth, etc. to take my mind off of it and none of them seem to work. Does anyone have any unusual ideas that have worked for them? Thanks in advance,
Guest guest
My nutritionist told me to eat a bagel with peanut butter on it around 3pm- I notice that this totally helps to not eat much when I get home from work. Just a thought. It seems that no matter what I do I continue to crave sugar in the evenings. Guest guest
If you're craving sugar, are you allowing yourself to just eat it all the time as much as you want whenever you want? No more " allowing " to have it in the evening. Just eat it. No big deal. Sooner or later you're going to want something healthy.
