Hi

My son became ill right after i withdrew gluten especially fever and weird

kind of behaviors. tantruming , vomiting. I got kinda scared and now I think

he was going through a withdrawl from gluten. Thats my guess and i put it

into the perspective of a drug user who cant get a fix. they may become

physically ill and mentally it takes them a while to adjust to being clean.

anyway thats how i see it and I notice my sons glassy eyes and pupils aren't

as large anymore. They will adjust . It will pass and its hard. no doubt

about it . but it is worth it if it helps and basically if it wasn't a

problem then maybe there would be no symtoms at all and it wouldn't matter to

them if they had these foods or not. hang in there . kc

My son (2 1/2) also got a fever and a bad cold when I first started the

diet. I think it's their body's way of detoxifying all of the bad stuff out

of their system.
