Yay you! It's amazing when you can actually love every bite of the

food you are eating - without the guilt or the heightened sense

of " food high " from 'cheating'. Imagine the majority of your meals

being that way...wouldn't that be awesome?

supper. I decided I wanted pizza. But I didn't want to make the

crust but I wanted something homemade. So I decided I'd make a

recipe I've only made once...homemade pizza pockets. You just use a

tortilla and put all your pizza stuff on it, wrap it up and bake for

about 10 minutes.

automatically picked up the whole wheat tortillas. I kinda stopped

and said to myself...you don't HAVE to get the whole wheat

ones...why don't you look around and see what else is here. So I

found these ones that are cheddar cheese flavour. I was hesitant

about getting them cause I figured they weren't healthy enough but I

made myself not look at the nutrition info and put them in my cart.

Then in the cheese section I got the regular cheese instead of the

low fat! I've been discovering lately that I like regular cheese

for cooking. I've been telling myself for years that I like the low

fat better. And I think I do for on crackers but for cooking I like

the regular now.

with them. I had some leftover salad in the fridge and was just

going to get that out but then I realized I didn't want that. I

actually wanted the baby carrots that I had gotten at the store!! So

that's what I had...my pizza pockets with my cheddar cheese

tortilla, regular fat cheese and my carrots on the side with dill

dip. And I loved every bite of it!!
