Last night after work I was trying to think of what I wanted for supper. I decided I wanted pizza. But I didn't want to make the crust but I wanted something homemade. So I decided I'd make a recipe I've only made once...homemade pizza pockets. You just use a tortilla and put all your pizza stuff on it, wrap it up and bake for about 10 minutes. Now to the point of my story....I was in the store and automatically picked up the whole wheat tortillas. I kinda stopped and said to myself...you don't HAVE to get the whole wheat ones...why don't you look around and see what else is here. So I found these ones that are cheddar cheese flavour. I was hesitant about getting them cause I figured they weren't healthy enough but I made myself not look at the nutrition info and put them in my cart. Then in the cheese section I got the regular cheese instead of the low fat! I've been discovering

lately that I like regular cheese for cooking. I've been telling myself for years that I like the low fat better. And I think I do for on crackers but for cooking I like the regular now. So I went home and made my pockets. I was deciding what to have with them. I had some leftover salad in the fridge and was just going to get that out but then I realized I didn't want that. I actually wanted the baby carrots that I had gotten at the store!! So that's what I had...my pizza pockets with my cheddar cheese tortilla, regular fat cheese and my carrots on the side with dill dip. And I loved every bite of it!!
