Guest guest
, Would you please give a brief synopsis of how " a tremendous difference for me " manifests? Does the B-complex you mention reduce your muscle spasms? Thanks! Thiamine mononitrate is fat soluble (like Benfotiamine) and it stays in the body longer than water soluble B-1. Benfotiamine is good too but the B-Complex also contains folic acid an methyl B-12. The brand I use is Jarrow.
Guest guest
I stand easier (I still need grab bars for balance). I don't have the spasms anymore but I haven't had them in awhile anyway. I'm eating more like Terry Wahls, more cooked vegetables with grass-fed meat (some beef, some lamb) and I drink water kefir and kombucha, both with vitamin B's. I see a " Funtional Neurologist " next month to find out more about my condition. (Dr. > > , > > Would you please give a brief synopsis of how " a tremendous difference for me " manifests? Guest guest
Ooops! I hit the wrong button. Here is Dr. s website: http://doctordavidclark.com/ I have an appointment with him in January. I also have less urgency to go to the bathroom (less constipation and I don't have to urinate as often throughout the day and at night while I'm in bed). Read the article that I that I posted about B-1 and B-6 (p-5-p) and mercury. I never knew that B vitamins were so important. B-Right has the coenzymated B's that are more readily available for the body to use and folic acid.
