With IR/PCOS, I've had supply issues w/ both kids. Then, by accident, I discovered a solution. My Mom made steak and baked potato dinner once when DS was ~6 months old. I woke up w/ an overabundance of milk. After that I started having a concentrated portion of meat w/ each meal. It helped immensely and after just a couple of months my supply was finally steady and adequate. I recently re-discovered my need to have protein, a decent portion, with each meal. It really is what I need to stop eating. I'll graze for days if I don't have enough protein. I think the difference is when you can discover certain nutritional truths for your own body/life w/o a book telling you what to do. Guest guest
Sounds like a delicious and satisfying 'experiment' to me I have to remind myself now and then that IE can be FUN too.
