Guest guest
Don't worry, you'll figure out when to stop in good time. Eventually you will come to recognize satisfied versus stuffed, and you will gain the skill of interpreting your body's physical hunger cues. It is sad that we've been hurting ourselves with dieting, binge eating, etc. It's been a big waste of time. It's okay to be sad about it. However, you must recognize that being sad by itself won't change anything. You need to choose to act on your sadness and say " ENOUGH, I want something better! " Not sure if I'm really helping, but I just thought I'd give my two cents. I hope you feel encouraged - you can learn to listen to physical hunger and satisfaction cues! > > every time i eat, i'm afraid i won't know when to stop, or i will never > get the " enough " feeling. it is so hard for me to recognize real hunger > and then try to figure out what i want to eat. each time it works for > me i feel sad for my glazed over binge eater self. i feel sad that i've > been hurting myself this way for so long. >
