This is just my opinion but I think you are right you get hungry because you are moving at work, and you need more fuel. When you move your bodies metabolism speeds up and you burn calories quicker that is why they recommend that you find some way to move your body. I know it takes a while for you to get used to eating when you are hungry and not feel guilty about eating but you being ravenous when you get home is not good because its another way of depriving yourself. So I suggest that you bring food and snacks that you like to work with you so that you eat what you like whenever you get hungry and not feel overly hungry when you get home. The struggle with feeling guilty when you eat when you are hungry is something I face every day and I have been practicing IE for about 7 months now EvaStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
