looked into your last request about the computer hook up and I am still

awaiting an answer to part of it.

Well since they have this problem with the meter they had better send all of

us a cable and the software so they can send correction updates to the

machines or make it so one can download updates.

you are aware of the problem, right? I certainly don't want to be without my

meter while they have to install new firmware packages to correct these

issues.

Hi Claude,

I'm a little uncertain what you're referring too. The software is the same

as before. You have always had to purchase the cable separately and the

software was a free download from the web site. I was referring to the more

specific question you asked about creating files etc. Please clarify what

you're referring to.
