Guest guest Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 Welll, it all seems innocent enough. I ordered thin crust pizza with anchovies and mushrooms from papa john. I was good and had only 3 slices. I ended up with a blood sugar of 236, oh my, I didn't get it, till I went to calorie king just now and found out that their regular crust is 28 carbs per sllice and the thin is 24 carbs per slice, not much of a difference. I'm confused about how it could be thin with no carb reduction. Does anyone have experience with different pizza places, or do you all eat it homemade with pocket bread?
