Guest guest
Aloe Vera. Personally it gives me strength. It is a proven anti-inflammatory, it potentiates blood oxygen, stabilizes blood sugar, among many things. A study published on pubmed indicates that aloe vera attenuates MS induced in mice. It is a worthwhile search to google 'aloe vera multiple sclerosis benefits'. I use the fresh gel right from the living plant. Two tablespoons a day. Split the leaf open, scrape gel out with a spoon. discard outer green skin(contains latex). put in blender with a little water add stevia or coconut milk to taste. I found it interesting that to induce MS in the mice they administered the myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein and then pertussis toxin! Funny how they know EXACTLY what causes it...... I am now walking. Shaky on the left leg, but walking. No walker, no crutches. Stairs are tough, but even one at a time feels so good to be able to do. ph
