Guest guest
Hi Sue, Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful. Guest guest
Muscle cramps usually react well to Magnesium. That's what my dr in SC told me to take when I was having problems with them. It worked well. I just took them as directed on the bottle. take care Donna in VA Subject: Re: spasticity To: " mscured " <mscured > Date: Saturday, August 20, 2011, 5:54 AM  hi sue and me to same, would appear nothing else for neuro muscular leg problems  not sure on the holistic issue, others may reply, strange but true others have suggested a piece of cork on your belly-button and a bar of soap at the end of the bed, what works for some many not work for others  personally, ldn is a no in any amount  seeing my ms nurse and if she suggests another will let you know, guess best person to ask is your health professional  regards/peter/london/ppms To: " mscured " <mscured > Sent: Friday, 19 August 2011, 17:54 Subject: spasticity  If anybody please can tell me what is the difference between using Baclofen (Lioresal) or Sirdalud?
