Guest guest
I'm going to give a bit of back story. Several weeks ago, after severe stress I had my first experience with a radiating burning sensation in my legs. It was horrible, so I started doing research to see what I could find that might help. I came up with it could be caused by inflammation, stress causes inflammation so my first thought was to double my intake of curcumin. The symptom went away (thank goodness) and I decided to continue the extra curcumin for awhile just to be safe. A last week, I noticed that the depression I've been fighting for more that a year was gone. This is great, but I had no idea why until I saw an article connecting inflammation with depression. Very interesting! So, I think the increased curcumin helped with the depression. A solution that is reasonably priced and safe. This may not work for anyone else, but since I have read so much about ms and depression going together, I thought I would toss out my experience in the off chance it could help someone else. I think I will continue the increased curcumin indefinitely. Valery
Guest guest
Valery I think I know what you mean regarding the pain/inflammation -it used to keep me up sobbing each night until the early hours. I've been lucky as LDN took it all away for me but the curcumin is a fantastic idea and I'm really thankful to your for sharing your story and ideas with us all.I'm really happy to hear of your improvements and successful researching.
