Guest guest
I put some concentrated juice (Knudsen Just Cranberry) in a smoothie. My feet immediately became swollen and my vision was impaired. I looked up the symptoms and they are related to high blood sugar and diabetes or pre-diabetes. I also had hypoglycemia, a burst of energy followed by a lull. I was out of greens this week and I ate more fruit and root vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, leeks) as a result. It was an unintentional trial. I've eaten spring mix in the last few days and no fruit. The swelling has rescinded and my eyesight is better. I want to do the Wahl plan but I have to have less fruit sugar and more greens. The sulfur foods don't bother me.
Guest guest
My feet were thin again this morning but swollen this afternoon. I didn't have fruit but I did have sweet potatoes. Tomorrow no sweet potatoes! It's always a test. > > I put some concentrated juice (Knudsen Just Cranberry) in a smoothie. My feet immediately became swollen and my vision was impaired.
