The same kind of Advertisement was given by Punjab SACS also, Whether SACS

thinks that the Postive Networks are untouchables? or Extremists?

For the photo exhibition they need support from Positive Networks, for showing

the number game they want positive networks, but they play divide and rule game

in providing single opportunity for the post of GIPA co ordinator.

 

When SACS is fail to reach the hidden population, who are real threat to

the epidemic, who asked them to restrain the Network members to become a GIPA

co ordinator?

 

Whether NACO given any instruction in this regard?

Let them spell out openly, if they dare to do so, remember majority of the

people in NACO/SACS and NGOs are earning their bread because ofHIV/AIDS &  PLHAs,

but PLHAs are to stand in the que for one post ?

In the name of conference, people are flying to foreign countries, what happen

in the lives of the PLHAs after many International conference? 

Networks changed life of many people, those who are ready to show their face to

public and by doing so, many of them ruined their sibling life and children

life, living aloof without family support.

 

They want to show the sex workers face, but they don't want her to get a GIPA co

oridinator post, they want an IDUs poster in North East but they don't want to

give the post to the PLHA IDUs, they want MSM to decorate their news letter,

but don't want to appoint them as GIPA co ordinator.

 

Here is a challenge to NACO/SACS/Funding Agencies-  can you all survive for long

term without the contribution of PLHAs belong to Networks?

Can you mobilize hidden PLHAs to organize a National convention?

Can you mobilize those who are not part of any network By giving one full page

paper advertisement?.

 

Can you all work for the PLHAs who is not ready to show her/his face?

Can anybody fund your organization without the PLHAs number game?

 

Can you tell the world that your number game is true?with facts and figures

based on state and union territories?

 

Can you say that really you are working to promote GIPA? by flagging off such

advertsiement?

 

Nothing without Networks, what is network, a group of PLHAs coming with a

collective conciouness for the cause to promote Positive Prevention, on Postive

Life after infection, Solidarity to the fellow positive friends, etc..,

 

If you want a person who is not aware of the meaning of GIPA, to be appointed

for the post of GIPA co ordinator, then it is a token representation only, so

that all kind of commission and ommission happening in your SACS will not leak

out.

Why the fear about networks? when your whole team is doing a wonderful job? Fear

starts, when your team is committing something/something and your system is full

of lapses/gapses etc.,

 

Here is the request for the Networks, organize a mass rally to show your

solidarity, forget about your differences, when you divide, somebody will

dominate you, is there any people hearing my advise, especially from PWN+, INP+,

NIPASHA,INGO etc.,

Let breack all chans and unite to promote the GIPA in Principle and Practice.
