Aliceanne Pt. is a 10-year-old white female who presented with a CC of nonspecific pain, Lt. foot. Pt. states that she had an injury several weeks ago and she has pain on walking and also while resting at times. Pt. and her mother feel that they would like X-ray to R/O any bone injury. Exam reveals nonspecific pain upon palpation at the 1st metatarsal head and at the medial forefoot without erythema, edema or ecchymosis. Radiographs taken, 3 views, reveal normal irregular growth S/L traits (OR CRATES OR RATES OR PLATES?) without any sign of fracture. A: Compensated GS equinus B/L P: Dispense orthosis.
