There is no way I could do sprints by running. I'm thinking about using a

recumbent bike instead. Even Dr. Mercola suggests doing sprints on a

recumbent bike to reduce the chance of injury. I'm still tossing the idea

around. I'm afraid of finding my limits the hard way.

Thanks for your suggestions, Carolyn. Maybe I'll do the warm up, first 30

second sprint and the 90 second recovery and be done with it to see how I

do.
