Hi Yvette,

I think the sprinting thing could be worked up to. Basically you max out what

you can do for 30 seconds I think. I have a hard time running. What is a run for

me looks like a slow jog to someone else. I am very careful about lifting my

feet so I don't trip. One of my feet is very weak so I am extra careful. Last

month I was hurrying with a friend I hadn't seen in 30 years to get to a ferry.

She had very long legs and I walked as fast as I could. The next five days it

was very painful to walk. This was after maxing out my speed for 10 minutes. I

think people with these challenges have to adapt and be patient, stretching out

the plan for a longer time.
