I'm just glad to hear you're eating egg yolks and pasta at all! You've come a

long way :)

You'll have to try that recipe I posted. the person who asked for it originally

phoned and

said she was sooo annoyed. I said oh? Waht happened. She said 'at you - why

didn't you

give me that recipe years ago!'

Your recipe is definitely on the list!

I used to make a pasta dish with any leftover smoked ham or bacon,

peas, a bit of buttah and eggs.

I used to add the pasta to bacon, pea and butter mixture then turn

off the burner and add two beaten eggs. Toss everything around and

the egg made a " creamy " kind of coating for the pasta.

Somehow it worked without becoming scrambled eggs.
